I have contributed steel to recordings and live performances by such acclaimed artists as Freddy Fender, Tanya Tucker, Jerry Lee Lewis, Emmylou Harris, Mark Chesnutt, La Santa Cecilia, Dwight Yoakam, Lucero, Michelle Shocked, Curt Kirkwood from the Meat Puppets, Erasure, Eliza Gilkyson, Gatemouth Brown, Hank Thompson, Tiger Army, and Monte Warden. My steel has been featured in films and TV shows, notably, "Brokeback Mountain," "Man of Steel," and "Narcos," and, on Dobro, the theme to "Hell on Wheels."
I have also broken new ground in the Latin music world as the touring and session pedal steel guitarist for the late superstar Joan Sebastian as well as other Latin artists including Jenni Rivera, Vicente Fernandez, Juanes, La Santa Cecilia and Lucero.

I used Bob in the past to lay down pedal and/or slide tracks. He is a consummate musician-plays great stuff if you let him take it upon himself to create a pedal steel track and also great listener to specifics you might want and there's a great dialogue when he makes suggestions, asks you what you are looking for, the production, etc,etc Highly Recommend-he also is a great guitar player!
